Training week #2



Today is the start of training week #2 and i am already seeing amazing progress!

I feel great! I had a well deserved rest this weekend as this first intense training week was quite tough but good!

Yes, I have a long way to go but I feel very satisfied on my progress. I feel I could not do things any better and my body is coping, adjusting to the healthier eating and saying thank you back...no more bloating, no more dry skin.
My body is also coping with the intense training exercise and I am feeling stronger.

I just finished my Personal Training session at Dax Moy Studios with my coach Dominik . It was necessary to make sure my techniques are correct. No point of working out the wrong way 'cos no results and might even have risk of injuries...techniques ...check
We also have taken my measurements...no reward this week as I have not lost another 2 pounds like last week :( but it does not matter I know my body, it takes 2 weeks to show changes on the scales...

I have prepared last night my lunch, snacks and dinner for today because after all it's all about preparation!!! no excuses Ariane! no excuses Ariane!





I am full of energy and ready for my second week! Bring it onnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnn!
