End of training week #2


I have the P O W E R

This week was the real thing! hard stuff! sweating buckets and shifting fat and working muscles I did not know I had ...till now!!! and we are not finished yet...one more training session tomorrow and maybe...if i am still alive... Thai boxing class on Saturday...

I went to get checked out today about my hip pain...nothing too serious, nothing to worry about...as long as I do some corrective exercises. This is all booked for Monday : )

Another great training day today with my buddy Helen, we really pushed each other again today... feeling energized but i know i will feel tired tonight. I MUST get some good rest tonight to perform as well in our last weekly training session tomorrow.

I have made some changes in my eating following my coach's advice - Dominik . This eating plan is available for FREE provided by Dax Moy personal Training Studios.

So, from today i have to make sure I eat lean organic protein & organic vegetables especially greens on protein days and small quantities of good quality carbs on my carb day. Limit my fruits to carb days and stick to natural unprocessed protein snacks.
