I have been feeling rather "lazy" these last few days...arrived a little bit late to my PT training and my coach Dominik was not too impressed to say the least... but we catched up with time and worked out twice as hard !
This week, Result tiiiiimmmmeeee :
* visually: some good changes
* weight/ fat: my body fat is still going down, another 0.7Kg down this week :)
that's another reward well earned !!
Few amendments on the EDT speed / density w/out which should do the trick to enable be to push to full power and amazinnggg results this week.
After all it's this Sunday bikini trial !
I will be going there with my training buddy Helen.
We will be taught how to stand, pose and walk for the bikini competition. It will also be a great way to meet the other people entering the competition like us.
Although we are not meant to be in competition shape this Sunday , I am a bit worried in a way...to be the one the least ready (physically). Oh well, we'll just have to see and make the most out of this day: speak to as many people as possible, get some new wind of inspiration, motivation...
But right now I have to make these next few days POWERFULL
* eat right which means P.L.A.N my food as last week's non-planning probably cost me few extra g of fat
* drink right
* take all my supplements
* have proper R.E.S.T to allow my body to regenerate
and Sunday will be Fun day! I am also feeling very excited as it is making all this feel very real now!
